Since 1983 Henry has specialized in representing landlords and tenants with a wide variety of commercial real estate assets in the Greater Washington DC region and nationally. He has worked with national, regional and local firms in the provision of expert real estate service. His expertise extends beyond brokerage to land and building development, as well as construction. As such, he has the ability to counsel clients and provide commercial real estate services not typically provided by real estate brokers/agents.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Henry’s 30 year career has encompassed the leasing, acquisition and/or disposition of millions of square feet of commercial land and buildings. One of the more satisfying transactions was the disposition and development of an 84 acre site for a Costco warehouse depot in 2009. That deal was the result of many years of intense negotiations and difficult to obtain governmental approvals. All of which were personally attended to by Henry.

His deal list ranges from national to local firms. A small sampling of such firms includes the General Services Administration, Costco, Charles Schwab, Burger King, Fulton Financial, Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union, Educational Systems FCU and Liberty Mutual Life Insurance Co.
