Brian Rossi has completed the sale of a condo suite at 12800 Middlebrook Road in Germantown, Maryland with Dr. Shahid Rafiq, MD, the Medical Director of Neurology and Stroke at Holy Cross Hospital. Dr. Rafiq’s practice, Comprehensive Neurology Services, currently located in Frederick, Maryland is relocating to this medical buildings in Germantown which is very close to the new Germantown Holy Cross Hospital that opened last year in October 2014. Joining Dr. Rafiq in a relocation from Frederick to Germantown will be Dr. John Baker and his physcial therapy practice, Baker Rehab Group.
