ROSSI Commercial Real Estate, LLC. was established by Mary Rossi in 2012 and has achieved SBA 8(a) certification, a trailblazing first for our CRE industry in the greater DC region. ROSSI CRE is unique in that it is a woman and minority owned commercial real estate brokerage firm licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Other large brokerage firms generate their most lucrative source of revenue from large, institutional tenants and landlords throughout the nation. In contrast, our business plan is to focus on serving local businesses.
