Brian specializes in representing tenants in the leasing of office, medical, flex and industrial space in the Greater Washington DC region and nationally, as well as landlord advisory services in Montgomery County, Maryland, Fairfax County, Virginia and Washington DC.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Brian Rossi is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry. His CRE brokerage career began in 1997. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President at a national brokerage firm prior to forming ROSSI Commercial Real Estate in 2012.
His tenant representation has included public and private firms, medical practices, non-profit and educational organizations, such as Asbury Communities, Inc., Johns Hopkins University, California Casualty Insurance Company, Numerous local medical practices and local professional service firms, State Farm Insurance, and Edward Jones Investment Company.
Brian has also represented the following landlords: Core Development Group, PS Business Parks., Glenborough Realty Trust, Guardian Realty and Willco.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS/RECOGNITION
Brian holds Licenses in real estate in Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia and Florida. Brian received national recognition as a top producer regularly within his prior company’s national organization. Earlier he was awarded the “Deal Maker of the Year” for 1998, 1999 and 2000 by Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (WRIT) for his leasing accomplishments at their properties.

EDUCATION
Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Technical Operations, with a concentration in the aviation industry from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1996. His earlier work was at the University of North Dakota in the same concentration.
He received certification in Financial Management from Cornell University in 2010.
