Craig primarily focuses on representing commercial tenants, landlords and investors throughout metropolitan Washington, DC. Craig’s collaborative approach and desire to serve local entrepreneurs fuels his daily efforts to materially increase prosperity within our business community. His resolve, integrity and problem solving skills ensure past, present and future clients receive the absolute best counsel possible. Fostering deep, lasting relationships, Craig continuously draws upon his market expertise and perspective to best connect with the needs, wants and circumstances of his clients.


Craig’s career path has consistently been shaped by his passion for serving others and delivering exceptional results. He is dedicated to sourcing solutions to better the condition of his clients, exceeding expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction. He has worked in sales and sales force management most of his career.

In addition to tenant advisory services and consulting in the office sector, clients will benefit from Craig’s considerable commercial real estate investment experience. Prior to joining ROSSI he advised private and corporate clients enabling them to improve their position within the current Commercial Real Estate environment. Leveraging his detailed market knowledge and understanding of historical trends together with current conditions and drivers, Craig established precision pricing and marketing strategies. In doing so, Craig repeatedly generated competitive bidding arenas inhabited by serious, experienced and qualified buyers. This dynamic maximized successful transaction probability and profitability while encouraging swift issue resolution.

His earlier professional work includes several years as an on-air network affiliate sports anchor.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Emory University which included a dual major in Economics and Political Science (1986 – 1991)
